Adult education centre starts series of courses on mindful use of the world's resources - on Wednesday, 20 September, 7 to 9 p.m., TIETZ, course room 4.07
On 20 September 2017, the Chemnitz Adult Education Centre will be launching a series of events on the topic of car sharing across all semesters. Each semester, three examples will encourage people to integrate the conscious use of resources into their everyday lives.
Modern mobility - car sharing in Chemnitz
Car sharing (car = car; to share = to share) focuses on sustainability: several people share one and the same car, thereby saving costs (e.g. for insurance, repairs) and optimising the utilisation of the car.
This evening, from 7 to 9 pm, the principle of car sharing will be presented. A representative of the largest provider in Central Germany, which now has 15 stations and many different vehicle classes in Chemnitz, will answer questions about the use, costs and advantages of this type of modern mobility. The course will take place in room 4.07.
