Limited service of the City of Chemnitz on Friday from 4 to 8 pm
On Friday, 12 February, from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m., only a limited service will be available due to maintenance work on the central infrastructure of the City of Chemnitz's information and communication technology.
The following services will be temporarily unavailable:
- E-mail traffic (incoming e-mails will be sent later)
- Map services at www.chemnitz.de (themed city map, oblique aerial image viewer, playground and primary school search, school route maps, roadworks information)
- Online vehicle services (e.g. licence plate reservation)
- Council information system (information for citizens and committees)
- Online appointment booking at the citizens' office
- Applicant portal
- Daycare centre portal
- City of Chemnitz Cloud
- Extranet and external Citrix access (with all services accessible via it)
From 4 pm (until 6 pm), only a limited telephone service can be offered via the public authority number 115. Appointments cannot be made during this time, neither by telephone nor online. The full range of 115 services will be available again from 8 a.m. on Monday, 15 February. The public authority number 115 is regularly available from Monday to Friday from 8 am to 6 pm.
