LAP Chemnitz: Microprojects can be funded with a total of 80,000 euros in 2013 - Information event on the funding guideline
Coordination office for the Local Action Plan for Democracy, Tolerance and a Cosmopolitan Chemnitz invites you to Thursday, 24 January, 2 to 5 p.m., Bürgerhaus Am Wall
Chemnitz residents who have an idea for a project that is thematically in line with the action objectives of the LAP and would like to apply for support to realise it are now invited to an information event on the City of Chemnitz funding guidelines on Thursday 24 January. According to LAP coordinator Ines Vorsatz, the event and the subsequent workshop will provide information about the variety of projects and the work that has been carried out to date, while also drawing attention to opportunities. In addition, the revised application form will be presented and questions about submitting applications, drawing up financing plans and project development will be answered. Ideas for project work can already be taken up and/or jointly developed at a creative workshop.
Time and place: The information event will take place on 24 January from 2 pm to around 5 pm in the Bürgerhaus Am Wall (location: Düsseldorfer Platz 1, 09111 Chemnitz) - meeting point is in the training room on the 4th floor, room 4.100 - Note for participants: Please be sure to use the "Am Wall" entrance.
The event will be prepared and supervised by Ines Frau Vorsatz, LAP Coordinator LAP: "With our information event, we would like to encourage interested parties to get involved with projects in the Local Action Plan in Chemnitz and, of course, we would also like to prepare the participants for the application process. The project application must be submitted by 4 March 2013."
