Know and utilise consumer rights

On Wednesday, 3 April, the Chemnitz Adult Education Centre is hosting a course on consumer rights. The course will take place from 5 to 6.30 pm. Please note the VHS room notice in the adult education centre. Admission is free.
We are all consumers. It is therefore important to know the basic consumer rights and to be able to use them in the event of a claim.
In the course you will learn, among other things, which regulations apply to a purchase contract, the effectiveness of contracts, clauses and general terms and conditions and why caution is advised with so-called "bait-and-switch offers" and "grandchild tricks". You will also receive information on advice and arbitration centres.
