Kick-off to the 5th German Music Festival

Tomorrow sees the start of the 5th German Music Festival in Chemnitz, which will bring the city to life over the next four days. As Thursday is a public holiday, it can ideally be spent as a family day: while the little ones make a pilgrimage to the Küchwald for family singing and the adults have bought tickets for the opening gala, the youngsters are sure to look forward to the brass band.

How to contact the German Music Festival Press Office
In addition to the "Klingende BDMV" exhibition, the press office for the four days of the festival can also be found in the Chemnitz City Hall. The Bundesvereinigung deutscher Musikverbände e. V. (BDMV) and the city will be on hand to answer questions from media representatives. The press office will be open from 9 am. A press lounge will be set up in the Salon am Tropenhaus, where media representatives can obtain accreditation, ask questions and work.
