Joint invitation from the City of Chemnitz and Chemnitzer FC to the presentation of the stadium construction project

The anticipation and expectations are high: In mid-September, the City of Chemnitz, as the client, was able to award the contract for the complete remodelling of the stadium on Gellertstraße to the bidding consortium BAM/BAM Sports GmbH from Düsseldorf. As the general contractor, the company is responsible for the complete planning and realisation of the construction project.
While the implementation and approval planning is currently being drawn up, the City of Chemnitz and Chemnitzer FC would like to invite the general contractor, the BAM/BAM Sports GmbH bidding consortium, to the first presentation of the future stadium.
The event will take place on Thursday, 10 October 2013 at 7 p.m. in the Wernesgrüner Lounge in the VIP area of the stadium on Gellertstraße (Gellertstraße, 09130 Chemnitz). Parking is available in car parks P3 and P4 at the stadium.
Lord Mayor Barbara Ludwig and CFC Chairman Dr Mathias Hänel will present the project together with the Managing Director of BAM Sports GmbH, Mr Axel Eichholtz, and the stadium's architect, Dr Stefan Nixdorf.
