Joachim Eilers wins track cycling world championship gold in London
Joachim Eilers from the Chemnitz Police Sports Club won the gold medal in the 1000m distance at the Track Cycling World Championships in London yesterday evening. The day before, Joachim Eilers had already won the bronze medal in the team sprint with his team-mate Max Niederlag and René Enders from Erfurt.
