Jersey auction: 2,016.14 euros for a good cause
The auction of the five jerseys, which ended this morning, raised 2,016.14 euros. The jerseys of Manchester United and Manchester City in the line-up of the season just ended, the DFB women's team, the national basketball team and Michael Ballack are autographed by prominent athletes. The proceeds will go to two Chemnitz clubs - the parents' association for children with cancer and the KiSS children's sports school at SG Adelsberg. This honours their many years of outstanding work.
The jerseys were presented to Mayor Barbara Ludwig as a gift in recent months or were created for special occasions. The starting bid was 50 euros. The auctions ran for ten days on Ebay.

- Manchester United for 806.00 euros.
Original Manchester United jersey with certificate of authenticity - signed by Zlatan Ibrahimovic, Wayne Rooney, Paul Pogba, Jesse Lingard, Juan Mata, among others

Original Manchester City jersey with certificate of authenticity - signed by Claudio Bravo and others.
These jerseys were presented to Lord Mayor Barbara Ludwig by representatives of the Royal Manchester Children's Hospital on the occasion of the "Big Charity Drive" in September 2016.

Original goalkeeper jersey of the German women's national team, winning team of the Olympic Games in Rio de Janeiro, with the signatures of all players and coach Steffi Jones.
It was presented to Lord Mayor Barbara Ludwig by national team player Anja Mittag and coach Steffi Jones on the occasion of the German national team's international match against Norway on 29 November 2016.

Junior shirt of the Chemnitz football club "Die Himmelblauen" was presented at the Oldie Masters indoor tournament in January 2013 with the original signature of Michael Ballack.
