Invitation to the sustainability conference

On Saturday, 11 November, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., the C³ Chemnitz Event Centres and the Chemnitz Environmental Centre invite you to the third "Denk weiter! Sustainability Conference" at the Carlowitz Congress Centre, Theaterstraße 3. The exchange platform for those interested in and committed to sustainable development is a combination of conference, exhibition and networking. Admission is free.
Representatives of the media are also invited.
Sustainability is on everyone's lips these days, but what does it mean, for example, for everyday life, for schools, for a company, for an entire city? And above all: what can be done in concrete terms? The "Think ahead! Sustainability Conference" shows the facets of sustainable development. Lectures, workshops and exhibiting associations and organisations from the fields of society, culture, ecology and business will provide information on current topics, present approaches and solutions, encourage a better tomorrow and invite people to join forces.
Presentation of the Hans-Carl-von-Carlowitz Sustainability Awards 2023
On the evening before, 10 November, from 4 to 9.30 pm, the Hans-Carl-von-Carlowitz Sustainability Awards 2023 will be presented by the Hans-Carl-von-Carlowitz-Gesellschaft e. V. at the same location. These prizes are awarded annually to personalities who have an impact on politics and society in terms of sustainability. Further information here.
