Invitation to the press event: New customer-friendly service area in the social welfare office
Social Welfare Mayor Philipp Rochold and the acting head of the Social Welfare Office Cornelia Utech will be opening a new customer portal on the ground floor of the Moritzhof Citizens' and Administration Centre (Bahnhofstraße) on Monday, 27 May 2013 at 10 am.
Service-oriented and customer-friendly: following renovation work, a new central contact point has been created on the ground floor of the Moritzhof Citizens' and Administration Centre, which will make it easier for customers of the social welfare office to apply for financial social benefits.
