Mayor Miko Runkel welcomes the children's jury of the 21st International Film Festival
On Tuesday, 27 September 2016, 2 p.m., Mayor Miko Runkel will receive the children's jury of the 21st International Film Festival "SCHLINGEL" in the Green Salon in Chemnitz City Hall. Media representatives are cordially invited to attend.
The 16 children on this year's European jury come from Budapest, Chemnitz, Eppendorf, Copenhagen, Ljubljana, Prague, Stockholm, Tergnier and Vienna.
The jury children will not only vote for the best children's film, but will also select the most convincing child actor.
After the welcome, the young guests are invited to a children's buffet and informal discussions. They will then be taken to the High Tower by a tour guide.
The reception will also be attended by a representative of the Slovenian Embassy, the director of the Slovenian Cultural Centre, Gregor Jagodič, SCHLINGEL mascot Sven Leuoth, the Schlingel team and seven supervisors.
