Invitation: Music café at the Kraftwerk restarts after the summer break on 5 September

After the summer break, "DA CAPO - Music for Seniors" invites you to another edition of the music café on Thursday, 5 September at 3 pm in the large hall of Kraftwerk e.V. at Kaßbergstraße 36.

Host Nancy Gibson has invited Constanze Hähnlein, former music student at the Chemnitz Municipal Music School, and Hendrik Lehmann, Head of the Rock/Pop/Jazz Department at the Chemnitz Municipal Music School, for the new edition of the music café.

Constanze Hähnlein was taught singing (rock/pop and classical), recorder and piano for 17 years and is characterised by her extraordinary versatility and variability. The musician and singer has already taken part in many events at the Municipal Music School and has performed as a soloist in the "Lax" café pub on the Kaßberg. She is currently employed by the Saxon Mozart Society and helped organise the 2013 Saxon Mozart Festival.

Hendrik Lehmann is head of the Rock/Pop/Jazz department at the Chemnitz Municipal Music School and teaches piano.

In what is sure to be an exciting and informative chat between Nancy Gibson and Constanze Hähnlein, the Musikcafé guests will learn lots of interesting facts about the young artist and her music teacher, and of course there will also be a concert programme of well-known melodies.

Guests will enjoy a relaxing afternoon with coffee and cake. The organisers are once again looking forward to welcoming numerous music lovers to the new music café season. Admission is €5 per person including coffee and cake.
