On Tuesday, 1 October, from 6.45 to 8.15 p.m., the Chemnitz Adult Education Centre invites you to an information evening at the TIETZ (see VHS room advert). Admission is free.
We throw things in the rubbish every day: hoover bags, kitchen waste, paper, glass, packaging and much more. But what actually happens to the different types of waste? Where is which waste taken and how is it disposed of? What is recovered and how is it recycled?
In the city of Chemnitz, the ASR is the city's own waste disposal company, providing a daily service for around 125,000 households and public spaces.
