The permanent exhibition at the Stefan Heym Forum Chemnitz includes exclusive short interviews with people who knew Stefan Heym personally. Chemnitz filmmaker Beate Kunath, author of the documentary "Abschied und Ankunft" (Farewell and Arrival) about Stefan and Inge Heym and their joint working library, has conducted interviews with numerous companions and contemporary witnesses of Heym. These recordings can be accessed at the media stations in the Stefan Heym Forum Chemnitz. She introduces some of them in person and explains how they came about.
