Instrument Day at the Municipal Music School
On Saturday, 5 April, there will be a varied and melodious opportunity to get to know the Chemnitz Municipal Music School and the entire range of courses offered by the institution here in Haus Gerichtsstraße on Kaßberg: an "Instrument Day" will be held from 10 am to 1 pm. The team of music teachers led by director Nancy Gibson and music students from the municipal music school are looking forward to welcoming many curious and interested visitors.
All the instruments that can be learnt at the music school will be on display and visitors will be able to try them out on "Instrument Day". In addition, the ensembles of the Municipal Music School will also present themselves in concert with various programmes, so that every visitor can also gain a musical insight into the lessons. Last but not least, a delicious cake bazaar in the music school's student café will cater for the physical well-being of visitors.
