Innovative projects and future topics at Expo Real

Chemnitz represented at the joint stand of the Free State of Saxony - Lecture on 6 October

From Monday to Wednesday, 6 to 8 October, the city of Chemnitz will once again be exhibiting at the international real estate trade fair Expo Real in Munich. It will be represented with ten partners at the joint stand of the Free State of Saxony (Hall A2, Stand 320). Under the motto "Building Tomorrow", the focus will be on innovative projects and future topics such as microelectronics, hydrogen technologies, smart urban development and urban transformation.

A programme at the joint stand will accompany the trade fair appearance. For example, Silvana Bergk, Head of the City of Chemnitz's Department of Economic Affairs, will be holding a panel discussion entitled "Stadt.Land.Zukunft. Shaping spaces for tomorrow together" on Monday at 2 pm with Barbara Meyer, State Secretary in the Saxon State Ministry for Infrastructure and Regional Development, and Andrea Gebhard, President of the Federal Chamber of Architects, as well as other representatives from politics and architecture. She will also be presenting the potential of the location under the title "Chemnitz: Next Level City" on Tuesday at 3 pm.

A highlight at the trade fair stand will be the European Capital of Culture 2025 reception on Monday at 5.30 p.m., which will bring the combination of technology and culture to life. Silvana Bergk: "Chemnitz is more than just a Capital of Culture - we are a laboratory for ideas for the future. High-tech, sustainability and creativity intertwine here and open up new perspectives for investors, partners and companies."

Expo Real is Europe's leading trade fair for property and investment and offers an overview of trends, innovations and solutions in the sector.
