Information on the opening hours of the outdoor and indoor pools
The season at the two outdoor pools in Wittgensdorf and Gablenz will be extended by one week until Sunday, 6 September 2020, with daily opening hours from 11 am to 6 pm. The outdoor pool in Einsiedel closes regularly on 30 August.
The municipal indoor swimming pools, the Gablenz indoor swimming pool and the "Am Südring" indoor swimming pool will reopen their doors to the public from Monday, 31 August 2020. Please note that the use of the indoor pools is only possible on the basis of the existing corona protection regulations in conjunction with the hygiene concepts of the pools. The respective opening hours are listed below:

Free swimming licence test
On Sunday, 30 August 2020, between 9 am and 12 noon, visitors to the city pool can have their swimming certificate approved in the 25 m swimming pool. Registration is not required.
All successful swimming licence holders will receive a certificate free of charge this time.
Registration for the learn-to-swim courses
On 14 and 15 September 2020, those interested in learning to swim courses for children can call 0171 5519177 between 8 a.m. and 12 noon to register for the courses taking place again at the municipal pool.
