Information on Ralph Burghart's citizens' consultation hour
Mayor Ralph Burghart is once again offering a personal citizens' consultation on Wednesday, 16 September 2020. This will take place in the customer portal for social services on the ground floor of the Moritzhof Citizens' and Administration Centre, Bahnhofstraße 53, from 4 pm to around 6 pm. Registrations will also be accepted on the same day from 3.30 pm to 5.30 pm in the customer portal in person only. It is not possible to make reservations in advance. Citizens who are unable to attend on this day due to high demand will be given an appointment as soon as possible.
Mayor Ralph Burhart will also be offering a telephone consultation on Wednesday, 11 November 2020, from 4 pm to 6 pm. Appointments can be made by telephone on the same day from 3 pm to 3.30 pm on 0371 488 4444.
Citizens will have the opportunity to present their concerns to Ralph Burghart for around 15 minutes during the consultation hour. All matters that fall within the mayor's remit, i.e. issues relating to education, social affairs, youth, culture and sport, are discussed.
