Information from the Strategy Committee
At its meeting on 20 April 2016, the Strategy Committee discussed the topic of health management in the city administration. Among other things, it discussed the active implementation of occupational integration management since 2014, the close cooperation with the representative body for severely disabled employees, the modular concept for the introduction of occupational health management since 2015 and the professional exchange with the company medical service.
The first measures have already been implemented. For example, the training programme on the topic of health was expanded and the first health day for employees was held in 2015. Company sports groups and participation in the company run have also been promoted.
The committee members also discussed the implementation of structural optimisations in the city administration offices.
Other topics included the status of preparations for the transfer of sports funding to the city sports association.
The next Administration 2020 Strategy Committee will take place on 14 September 2016.
