Information event on the southern network
On 23 August at the Environmental Centre
The current plans for the southern link (section between Augustusburger Straße and Frankenberger Straße) will be presented by Dipl.-Ing. Werner Breinig, Head of Department at the federally owned DEGES Deutsche Einheit Fernstraßenplanungs und -bau GmbH on
23 August 2016 at 5 pm in the Environmental Centre.
Interested parties are cordially invited.
Background:
The Saxon State Office for Road Construction and Transport handed over its plans to DEGES in 2014. The old plans were presented to Agenda 21 groups and interested citizens at the Environmental Centre at the time. The original plans have since been completely revised. In the current draft of the Federal Transport Infrastructure Plan up to 2030, the project - including the continuation to Oberlichtenau - is listed as a priority. The start of construction has not yet been determined.
