Increased traffic volume around the Chemnitz Exhibition Centre due to the "Freiwild" concert on 29/30 December
Information on traffic jams, alternative routes and parking facilities
On Thursday and Friday, 29 and 30 December 2016, the "Freiwild" concert will take place in the Chemnitz Arena at 8 pm. In the period from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m., increased traffic volumes are to be expected around the Chemnitz Exhibition Centre, on Zwickauer Straße and Südring. There is a risk of traffic jams on the A 72 motorway in the Chemnitz-Süd exit area and on Neefestraße.

In order to ensure quick access to the Chemnitz Arena car parks, the traffic light green time for left turns from Neefestraße into Jaenickestraße will be extended. Wandererstraße from Jaenickestraße in the direction of Neefestraße (Solaris) will become a one-way street.
