Images from Kamchatka meet expressive poetry
Ullrich Wannhoff & Scardanelli are guests at the TIETZ on 23 October
Admission is free.
The poet Scardanelli and the painter Ullrich Wannhoff are connected by the elemental between death and life, between earth and cosmos, between ice and fire, between loneliness and the abundance of nature, between ashes and blossoming landscapes, between violence and love, between glowing stones and those that become hard, between gods and the abstraction of God, the void, the nothingness that is full of energies from which matter develops. The reading is accompanied by experimental music, with sounds that were at the beginning of our lives. Archaic sounds carry poetry and images that know no horizon.
The event, which is part of the Network Library Action Week, is also the finissage of the special exhibition "Terra incognita - KAMTSCHATKA" at the Museum of Natural History.
