Hydrogen Alliance Chemnitz Region is founded

Representatives of the media are invited to a press conference on Monday, 22 January at 11 a.m. in the council chamber of the town hall, Markt 1. The City of Chemnitz, together with the utility company eins, inetz GmbH, the Chemnitz Chamber of Industry and Commerce and HZwo e. V., and with the involvement and participation of regional companies, will establish and develop a hydrogen alliance for the Chemnitz economic region.
Lord Mayor Sven Schulze, Roland Warner, Chairman of the Management Board of the utility company eins, Jörg Scheibe, Managing Director of inetz GmbH, Karl Lötsch, Managing Director of HZwo e. V., and representatives of the Chemnitz Chamber of Commerce and Industry will jointly present the alliance, sign the cooperation agreement and then be available to answer questions.
The aim of the Chemnitz Region Hydrogen Alliance is to bundle regional interests and create a common external image in order to promote and demand the sustainable and future-proof development of all hydrogen topics in the Chemnitz industrial and economic region. In this context, the Chemnitz Region Hydrogen Alliance represents, among other things, the common interests of its member companies with regard to connecting the region to the hydrogen core network.
The alliance's partners are actively committed to a future-oriented hydrogen economy that not only secures jobs, but also strengthens the region's competitiveness and promotes sustainable development.
