How consumers get their rights

On Thursday 26 April at 5 p.m., the Chemnitz Adult Education Centre invites you to a lecture on consumer rights at the TIETZ, course room 4.08. The speaker will be lawyer Andrej Greif from the Money and Household Counselling Service. Attendance is free of charge.
The customer is king? Consumers are not always satisfied customers after a purchase. Sometimes defects or damage are discovered that make a complaint necessary. Special attention should be paid to telephone purchases and doorstep selling. If you inform yourself in good time, you can act competently as a customer and avoid annoyance and additional costs. The course provides participants with important information on these topics relating to consumer rights.
