High number of visitors to the registration office in the Am Wall community centre
Appointments can be booked by dialling 115
The registration office in the Bürgeramt, Bürgerhaus Am Wall, Düsseldorfer Platz 1 is currently experiencing a very high volume of visitors. Citizens are requested to book an appointment to submit an application at the Bürgerhaus Am Wall via the service number 115 or to switch to other citizen service centres.
To ensure that staff have sufficient time to deal with your matter, please state the services you require when booking an appointment. Please keep the agreed appointments, as the appointment will be cancelled if you are late. If an agreed appointment cannot be kept, please cancel in good time.
Opening hours of other service centres in the city:
- Grüna Citizens' Service Centre, every Thursday from 8.30 am to 12 noon and from 1.30 pm to 6 pm.
- Morgenleite Citizens' Service Centre, every Monday, Tuesday and Thursday from 8.30 am to 12 noon and Tuesday and Thursday from 1.30 pm to 6 pm.
- Rabenstein Citizens' Service Centre, every Monday, Tuesday and Thursday from 8.30 am to 12 noon and Tuesday and Thursday from 1.30 pm to 6 pm.
- Sachsenallee Citizens' Service Centre, Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 8.30 am to 12 noon, and on Monday from 1.30 pm to 4 pm and Tuesday and Thursday from 1.30 pm to 7 pm.

- Registration of residence when moving to Chemnitz
- Change of residence within Chemnitz
- Applying for an identity card
- Applying for a passport
- Applying for a child's passport
- Application for certificate of good conduct
- Applying for an extract from the central trade register
