Health authority no longer issues certificates of recovery
With immediate effect, the City of Chemnitz Health Department will no longer issue certificates of recovery for citizens as proof of immunity to COVID-19. The issuing of certificates is a service that the City of Chemnitz is not obliged to provide.
Proof of recovery status can be provided in the following ways
- digital certificate of recovery or
- Laboratory result of the PCR test,
- Separation notice, in which the PCR test is listed as justification
or - medical certificate confirming the infection on the basis of a PCR test
The digital certificate of recovery is issued by pharmacies.
The date of testing must be noted on all certificates.
