Guided tour of the synagogue and community centre - with sign language interpreter
Next Monday, 5 February, interested parties can take part in a guided tour of the synagogue and the Jewish community centre organised by the Chemnitz Adult Education Centre. The tour starts at 7 pm. The meeting point is the Jewish community centre at Stollberger 28. The participation fee is 3 euros.
Male visitors are requested to wear a head covering. This offer is suitable for deaf people or people with hearing impairments, as sign language interpreters will be present.
Come on in! On this evening, you will be guided through the modern synagogue and the Jewish community centre and gain an insight into Jewish life and rituals. From the meaning of the Torah and Jewish worship to kosher food - there is no question you can't ask.
