Guest students from Ireland give concert at TIETZ
The "TIETZ sounds!" on 17 December 2015 on the new stage in the foyer
On 17 December 2015 at 5 pm, guest students from Luttrellstown Community College in Dublin, Ireland, will give a Christmas concert as part of the "TIETZ klingt" concert series. A colourful programme with vocals, guitar and piano awaits the audience on the new stage on the ground floor of the TIETZ, Moritzstraße 20. The musicians will play Christmas carols and popular catchy tunes. The concert lasts 45 minutes. Admission is free.
The Irish are spending a whole week in Chemnitz and the surrounding area. Pupils and teachers from the music school and Karl-Schmidt-Rottluff-Gymnasium will show them the most beautiful corners of Chemnitz.
"TIETZ klingt!" is a series of concerts organised by TIETZ, the City of Chemnitz's cultural enterprise, and the Chemnitz Municipal Music School. On one Thursday evening per month, students from the music school perform a concert on the stage at the TIETZ.
