Geibelstraße will be fully closed
This is due to construction work on the railway tracks by CVAG
From Friday 22 April at 10 am, Geibelstraße will be fully closed at the level crossing between Augustusburger Straße and Bernhardstraße. The reason for this is construction work for the CVAG's ground-up expansion of the railway tracks in this area.
The full closure is planned until 7 August. In the area of the Gablenzplatz stop, Adelsbergstraße up to Pfarrstraße will also be closed to traffic.
The diversion will be via Bernhardstraße - Kreherstraße - Augustusburger Straße.
A mobile traffic light will be set up at Kreherstraße/Augustusburger Straße due to the diversion.
