Full closure of Fürstenstraße due to district heating pipeline construction
From 28 July to 18 September, Fürstenstraße will be fully closed between Zietenstraße and house no. 64.
A district heating line is being built on behalf of inetz GmbH and eins energie. The work will be carried out under full road closure.
Traffic will be diverted via Hofer Straße - Heinrich-Schütz-Straße - Zietenstraße. The diversion route will be set up for all traffic, especially for public buses.
Mobile traffic lights will regulate the diversion at the Hofer Straße/Fürstenstraße and Heinrich-Schütz-Straße/Hofer Straße junctions.
In addition, from 9 a.m. on Tuesday, 28 July, stopping restrictions will apply on both sides of Hofer Straße between Fürstenstraße and Heinrich-Schütz-Straße. Residents are asked for their understanding and attention. Alternative parking spaces are available on Fürstenstraße between Hofer Straße and the construction site in the form of marked parking spaces at right angles to the direction of travel.
The full road closure is scheduled to begin at 1 pm.
During the first few days of the diversion, traffic will be monitored and, if necessary, the traffic lights will be adjusted and the traffic signage supplemented.
