From 12 to 21 June: "Week of sun and pellets"

Events in Chemnitz

Ten million people in Germany generate their own electricity or heat using a solar or pellet system. This saves energy costs and protects the environment and climate at the same time.

The "Week of Sun and Pellets" campaign is picking up on the trend towards self-sufficiency for the ninth time and showing consumers how they can generate energy and thus save on electricity and heating costs. From 12 to 21 June, events will be held throughout Germany on the topics of photovoltaics, solar thermal energy, heating with pellets and saving energy.
