Franco-German-Ukrainian future camp planned in Berlin
EU centre informs: Interested people aged between 18 and 30 can still apply until 15 May
The EU Office of the City of Chemnitz would like to inform you that from 30 June to 6 July the
FGYO Future Camp with the motto "Get out of your comfort zone!" will take place in Berlin from 30 June to 6 July. Interested parties aged 18 to 30 can apply until 15 May at: https://www.dfjw.org/zukunftscamp
Participation in the Future Camp and catering on site is free of charge. Travel costs up to a maximum of 150 euros for travelling from Germany will be reimbursed by the FGYO. (The most environmentally friendly means of transport should be chosen).
To mark its 60th anniversary, the Franco-German Youth Office (FGYO) is inviting 60 young people from Germany, France and Ukraine to get involved in shaping their future together. The young people will come from very different walks of life (students, trainees, job seekers, school pupils, refugees). They will camp together in Berlin for a week and develop ideas and models for their future in project and art workshops. The topics are: "Environmental responsibility and climate protection - living sustainably - and taking everyone with you?", "War in Europe - the values of democracy and peace?" and "Limits to growth - alternatives to living together".
The results will be put into practice and integrated into the FGYO's public birthday party on 5 July in Berlin, to which all participants are invited.
