Fourth citizens' platform Brühl

Mayor Ludwig invites citizens and stakeholders to a discussion

The fourth Brühl Citizens' Platform is being held on Monday, 6 May at 5 pm; the event will take place outdoors on Brühl Boulevard in the area in front of the Brühl office (Brühl/corner of Untere Aktienstraße). The Mayor of Chemnitz, Barbara Ludwig, invites citizens and stakeholders to find out about the development status of the Brühl neighbourhood and to discuss it together. Other discussion partners include TU Rector Prof. Arnold van Zyl, Brühl manager Dr Urs Luczak and other partners. They will report on developments since the last Citizens' Platform. There will also be an opportunity to contribute suggestions and discuss future plans in an open dialogue.

Contact point for interested parties

Since the middle of last year, the Brühl Office has been a contact point for interested parties and participants. As an information and advice centre, meeting point and workshop, the Brühl management coordinates support for the refurbishment of private property from here, accompanies individual projects such as the Musikkombinat in the Karl Liebknecht School and organises events such as the open Brühl rounds.

Brühl management is supported by the KiQ - Cooperation in the Neighbourhood project run by Haus und Grund Chemnitz together with the city, the GGG and the district craftsmen's association, which is responsible for contacting and exchanging interests with private owners. The fourth citizens' platform provides information on this and other topics.
