Footpath receives new retaining wall
The restoration of the boundary walls along the footpath on Pelzmühlenstraße in accordance with the preservation order was started yesterday by the Parks Department. The existing wall made of Theuma slate will be given a new structure and new grouting. 58 metres of concrete cover slabs with rounded longitudinal edges form the top of the wall.
The renovation work is expected to be completed by 20 June by the construction company Zettl Bauunternehmen, Aue/ Alberoda. The total costs amount to 17,500 euros.
