Fire brigade competitions for the Eibe Cup and Eubi Cup

The Chemnitz-Euba volunteer fire brigade is organising the fire brigade competitions for the Eibe Cup and the Eubi Cup. The event takes place on Saturday, 31 May on the sports field in the Chemnitz district of Euba - representatives of the media are cordially invited to attend.
Three teams - from the Wernsdorf volunteer fire brigade, the Chemnitz-Altchemnitz volunteer fire brigade and the Chemnitz-Euba volunteer fire brigade - have confirmed their participation in the fire-fighting attack (Eibe Cup). Eleven youth fire brigades will compete in the group relay (Eubi Cup): two teams each from the Chemnitz-Adelsberg youth fire brigade, the Chemnitz-Grüna youth fire brigade, the Chemnitz-Siegmar youth fire brigade, the Chemnitz-Euba youth fire brigade and the Wernsdorf youth fire brigade, as well as one team from the Chemnitz-Klaffenbach youth fire brigade.
Timetable of the fire brigade competitions:
8.30 am: Registration of the teams
9 a.m.: Opening of the fire brigade competitions
9.30 am: Start of the group relay competition (Eubi Cup)
12 noon: Award ceremony for the group relay (Eubi Cup)
12.30 pm: Start of the fire-fighting attack competition (Eibe Cup)
3.30 pm: Award ceremony for the fire-fighting attack (Eibe Cup)
The award ceremonies will be held by fire brigade chief Bernd Marschner.
