On Thursday, 14 August at 11 a.m., Mayor Michael Stötzer will hold a press conference under the railway viaduct on Beckerstrasse to provide information about the weekend of the "Fertsch" intervention areas and the opening of the railway viaduct intervention area. This marks the completion of Chemnitz's major urban development project for the European Capital of Culture 2025.
Representatives of the media are invited to attend.
In addition to insights into the new open space under the viaduct and background information on the overall project of the intervention space programme, Mayor Stötzer will provide information on the events on 23 and 24 August.
