Extended service at the citizens' office from next week
Appointments at the Registration and Vehicle Licensing Office are once again possible without an appointment
From next week, citizens can once again visit the registration and vehicle registration office in the Bürgerhaus am Wall without an appointment.
This is possible at the following times:
| Monday | 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. |
| Tuesday | 8 a.m. to 5.30 p.m. |
| Thursday | 8 a.m. to 5.30 p.m. |
| Friday | 8 am to 12 noon |
Longer waiting times must be expected for appointments without an appointment. In addition, only a limited number of people can be accepted without an appointment.
It is therefore still recommended to book an appointment via the online appointment portal or by dialling the authority number115.
