Expert guided tour of the rhododendron blossom
On 21 May, 10 a.m., green area of the Chemnitz municipal cemetery

Rhododendrons are now in full bloom in gardens and parks: they flower in white or red, yellow or delicate purple. These shrubs are also an integral part of the municipal cemetery.
Anyone interested is invited to join a guided tour focusing on the rhododendrons next Sunday, 21 May 2017 at 10 am. The meeting point is at the entrance gate of the burial cemetery, Reichenhainer Straße on the left-hand side towards the land. Participation is free of charge.
Jürgen Bretschneider, Head of Cemetery Maintenance, will guide you through the grounds of the Chemnitz Municipal Cemetery. With his experience and extensive knowledge of plants, especially rhododendrons, he is a good source of advice for amateur gardeners.
