Excursion through the city park shows the diversity of trees and shrubs
The next excursion in the programme of monthly events organised by the volunteer nature conservation service will take place on Tuesday, 25 June . The last event before the summer break is dedicated to the diversity of trees and shrubs in the city park. The excursion will be led by Holger Tippmann and Katrin Fischer from the Environmental Agency, Lower Nature Conservation Authority. The walk will take you through the protected landscape feature "Südlicher Stadtpark", explaining the special features of the individual species of trees and shrubs.
The meeting point is on Tuesday, 25 June at 5 pm on Scheffelstraße at Heinrich-Sturm-Weg.
Nature conservation helpers and all other citizens interested in the topic are cordially invited to the excursion. Participation is free of charge.
