Claudia Müller-Kretschmer was born in Chemnitz and grew up in a musical family. She was already performing on stage as a child and completed a classical vocal training programme at the University of Music in Leipzig. During her studies, she performed in several musical productions, including Grace in FAME, Maria in JESUS CHRIST SUPERSTAR and Garbo in FALCO MEETS AMADEUS. She has appeared in several musical productions at German city theatres. In Chemnitz, she appeared as Nehebka and Cover Amneris in the successful production of AIDA and as Nancy in OLIVER! at the Chemnitz City Theatre. She sang the role of Jeannie in the touring production of the world premiere of "FALCO -DAS MUSICAL" with guest performances in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. In joint productions of Studio W.M. with the C³ event centres in Chemnitz, Claudia Müller-Kretschmer was heard as Ottilie in IM WEISSEN RÖSSL and several in-house productions and galas. Since 2018, she has performed regularly with Sylvia Schramm-Heilfort and Jeffrey Goldberg in the "NACHTCAFE" at Chemnitz Opera House.

Day of the Instruments
Venue: Chemnitz Municipal Music School, Gerichtsstr. 1
Admission: free
Children, young people and adults interested in music are cordially invited to view and listen to various instruments in the rooms of the Municipal Music School. Music teachers will present the instruments and talk to you. The administrative staff will be happy to answer any questions about enrolment at the music school.
