Events in the Botanic Garden in November

Work assignment tree planting

Location: NABU orchard meadow Chemnitz-Hilbersdorf, near Hohlweg

We plant fruit trees in Hilbersdorf and look forward to many helping hands. The meeting point will be announced upon registration.

Eckhard Schuller - Dracula, the somewhat unusual orchids

Location: Botanical Garden, main building, Leipziger Straße 147
Attendance: free of charge, donations are requested.

The orchid genus Dracula, abbreviated as Drac. in the horticultural trade, consists of 118 species native to Mexico, Central America, Colombia, Ecuador and Peru. In Eckhard Schuller's lecture we will learn more about this interesting genus.

Participation: 50 euros fee (including material costs, script, preparations, herbal tea, coffee and a small snack) - only with prior registration by 12 November at www.stonewood-kraeuter.de

The air is burning, the air is thick - who hasn't experienced that? In the past, house incense was used to energetically cleanse the house of quarrels, fear and stress. Together we will create different, personalised incense blends. At the end of the workshop, you can take your own mixture home with you.
