It doesn't always have to be chocolate or flowers. A visit to Chemnitz Zoo in combination with a special guided tour could also be a nice gift for Valentine's Day.
Elaborate courtship, fights against rivals, seasonal marriages or lifelong fidelity. The love lives of animals are as varied as they are unusual. But are there any parallels for us humans? Can we perhaps even learn something from them? That's what Animal Valentine's Day at the zoo is all about.
The highlight is an exclusive animal feeding session.
The Valentine's Day tour is aimed at adults, in pairs or individually, and lasts about an hour.
