Special exhibition: The role of the father in the animal kingdom

To mark Father's Day, the zoo is hosting a small special exhibition on the fascinating role of the father in the animal kingdom. Visitors can discover exciting and surprising facts on various information boards.
Learn more about unusual behaviours, caring animal dads and the diverse strategies of nature. An informative tour for the whole family that opens up a new perspective on the animal world!

Evening tour of the Oberrabenstein game reserve

Admission: 10 euros per person Registration required by 21 May, 12 noon, by email to tierpark(at)stadt-chemnitz.de, tickets can be purchased at the box office after confirmed registration. Cancellations and participation with dogs are not possible.
Participants will not only learn exciting stories and interesting background information - they will also have the opportunity to consciously experience the special atmosphere of the place. During the tour, guests can enjoy the tranquillity of the surroundings, the proximity to nature and the often very special atmosphere of this time of day. The stories, impressions and small discoveries along the way make the tour a varied experience that invites you to listen as well as to pause and marvel. The tour lasts approx. 90 minutes.
The tour is suitable for children aged 12 and over, but the offer is of course also aimed at adults.
