We offer public guided tours of the current exhibition Hanna Bekker vom Rath every Sunday. Join us on a tour to get to know one of the most committed collectors and art dealers of the post-war period and the expressionist works of the artists she supported through her purchases.

The invasion of Poland on 1 September 1939 was the attack by National Socialist Germany on the Second Polish Republic that started the Second World War in Europe. At the finissage of the exhibition Sieh Dir die Menschen an! The New Objectivity Type Portrait in the Weimar Era, the new life of the 1920s in text and music, in confidence, is contrasted with thoughts of violations of international law, contempt for humanity, fake news, destructive furore and human slaughter. Manifestation no V of Sehnsucht_Frieden.

Young Art Night
Art and culture enthusiasts get their money's worth at the Young Art Night, which combines museum tours with clubbing. This year's programme was curated by our newly founded Youth Council.
This year, the Young Art Night will take place as part of the new exhibition Best of. Part I: Curators favourites. Come along and be the first to see the exhibition. Because it only opens its doors to visitors on Sunday. The special exhibition takes a slightly different look at the Gunzenhauser Museum's collection. Icons of classical modernism, the most travelled and sought-after works or rarely shown treasures from the collection are presented in changing contexts.
In addition to exciting guided tours through the exhibition, you can expect music, theatre and a cool photo corner, where you can also get to know the Youth Council.
