On Children's Day, children and young people up to the age of 16 pay only 1 euro admission to the Chemnitz outdoor pools in Gablenz, Wittgensdorf and Einsiedel.

German Championships 2025 - Dancing

In co-operation with the German Dancesport Association, Chemnitz will host one of the highlights of dance sport in Germany - the German Championships in the combination (over 10 dances) of the main group, juniors II and youth, as well as the German Cup of the main group A Latin.

IPF Worlds Classic Open Powerlifting Championships

The world of powerlifting will be coming to the Hartmannhalle Chemnitz from 8 to 15 June 2025 to take part in the World Open Classic Powerlifting Championships. Around 1000 athletes from over 50 countries will compete in eight weight classes for women and men.
