André Herrmann, Platzwechsel - Reading
Venue: TIETZ, Central Library, Event Hall
Admission: 12 euros, reduced 9 euros
André had actually thought that he had finally made the leap from his home in the provinces of Saxony-Anhalt. Away from class reunions, weddings and thermomixers. If it weren't for his grandfather, who is suffering from dementia, moving into a home and losing touch with the world a little more every day, and his best mate Maik, who comes up with the terribly grandiose idea of getting André a job back home.
André Herrmann, born in Wittenberg, is a writer and comedy author. He is a founding member of the reading stages "Schkeuditzer Kreuz" in Leipzig and "Fuchs & Söhne" in Berlin and has won numerous poetry slams. He is the author of the MDR programme "Comedy mit Karsten" and writes for "Neo Magazin Royale" on ZDF. Ticket reservation under Tel. 0371 488-4366

All in the family: Lieschen Radieschen and the lammergeier
Puppet theatre by Marie Bretschneider, freely adapted from the story by Martin Auer.
Venue: TIETZ, Central Library, Event Hall
Admission: 6 euros, reduced 3 euros
Lieschen Radieschen always got a red head, but always. Nothing could be done. Nobody could deal with her. Not even Aunt Evelyn, who was a nursery school teacher when she was younger: "The lammergeier gets angry children like that, Lieschen!" - "Pah! The lammergeier won't get me, I'll get him!" cried Lieschen and ran off. So the self-confident girl chases all the robbers in the land, gets into a fight with a dragon and frees the prince. Marie Bretschneider narrates and plays the individual characters in an open play, excitingly, humorously and with great attention to detail against an original backdrop. For everyone aged 4 and over!
