The permanent exhibition at the Stefan Heym Forum Chemnitz includes exclusive short interviews with people who knew Stefan Heym personally. Chemnitz filmmaker Beate Kunath, author of the documentary "Abschied und Ankunft" (Farewell and Arrival) about Stefan and Inge Heym and their joint working library, has conducted interviews with other companions and contemporary witnesses of Heym in recent years. These recordings have also recently been made available on the media stations. She presents some of them in person and explains how they came about.
