Europe's interfaces: Border regions in dialogue

Information from the EU Office of the City of Chemnitz: Six-Region Dialogue on 10 and 11 December for citizens from Saxony - online

On Friday and Saturday, 10 and 11 December, the Saxon State Ministry of Justice and for Democracy, Europe and Equality is hosting a cross-border online dialogue. The EU Office of the City of Chemnitz would like to draw your attention to this.

Around 100 citizens from Saxony, Lower Silesia, Karlovy Vary Region, Ústí Region, Grand Est (France) and Baden-Württemberg (Germany) will meet virtually at the six-region dialogue to discuss living together in the border regions and share their experiences from the coronavirus pandemic, among other things.

The dialogue aims to collect ideas for future coexistence in the border regions in the east and west of the European Union and contribute to the future of Europe.

All citizens aged 16 and over from the participating regions can take part. The closing date for registration is 6 December.
Participants will receive an expense allowance of 35 euros.

Another dialogue will take place from 18 to 19 June 2022
