European Mobility Week from 16 to 22 September
Chemnitz celebrates the 20th anniversary of European Mobility Week with special offers
The European Mobility Week in Chemnitz from 16 to 22 September offers time for reflection, discussion and participation: How do you get from A to B today? How do you imagine the mobility of tomorrow?
New ideas, concepts and plans for the city of Chemnitz will be presented. Many of the European Mobility Week activities are designed to improve everyone's quality of life and have a direct impact on everyday life in Chemnitz.
For active people or those who want to become active, there is also a wide range of guided tours, excursions and tours on offer. Under the motto "Active, healthy and safe on the move", car parks will be transformed into attractive places to stay and the vision of sustainable mobility will be established.
This year's main attractions are the "Moving Mile" on Lessingplatz on 22 September and the programme around the parklets during NUMICO Parking Week.
