Erfenschlag volunteer fire brigade invites you to an open day
The Erfenschlag volunteer fire brigade will be holding a hands-on fire service open day in the Erfenschlag district of Chemnitz:
The event is scheduled for Saturday,20 September from 2 p.m. around the fire station at Dr.-Karl-Wolf-Straße 1: Face painting, goal wall and softball shooting, extinguishing exercises on the spray wall and fire safety education with Freddy Flink. Fire fans young and old can even have their photo taken in a firefighter suit on site. Firefighters can bake their own fire cakes at the open fire.
A disco starts at 6 p.m. in the fire station, followed by the traditional lantern parade through the neighbourhood at 7 p.m. The open day will come to an atmospheric close at 10 pm with a firework display.
